How long does it take to get a pokemon game from the phone to R4? Well, I know for sure it doesn't take more than a couple of minutes to send them to your game. R4 is a special game card that can use.nds files and play them.
Basically a piracy card that stores many DS games on it. Also works like perfectly normal games, usually no issues like bootlegs. Oh, in that case, then I don't think it'd work for R4, but instead send it to your game and then load the file onto your game. If that's possible, IDK I've never heard of R4 B4. It does work online, so it'll work just fine.
Ok, so this wasn't working with me either, (I HAVE WINDOWS 8) so I tried to download the program that oompa loompa posted a link to and that didn't work either, AND neither did the Windows 8 Tutorial page. So, after a bit of fiddling around, this is what I did.Download Ciro's Pokemon Maker from the download button at top.Save File (Not Open) -Find it in the Downloads folder.Unpack it with whatever program you use, Winarchiver or WinRAR or whatever, so that you see the program itself along with the COMDLG32.OCX, pkmakerssettings, and TABCTL32.OCX.Select all four files and 'Extract Them To The Specified Folder'. Put them wherever you want, it doesn't matter. I made a folder named after the program itself just so I would know, and put it all in there. Then all I did was right click and select 'Run as Administrator' and BOOM IT WORKED. Pretty proud of myself, I have to say.
But I really hope this helps other people, good luck gents and gals. Gonna go catch em all now. I don't see that in the steps. I don't see that in the steps. It's a GameShark Code Generator. Ok, so this wasn't working with me either, (I HAVE WINDOWS 8) so I tried to download the program that oompa loompa posted a link to and that didn't work either, AND neither did the Windows 8 Tutorial page.

It's a GameShark Code Generator. Then there should be a step: 'Obtain Game Shark'. Is Game Shark hardware? Im having a problems with the item codes on my emerald that i running via GBA4ios 2.0, the pokemon codes work fine, but the items do nothing. Thanks in advance NVM just me derping.
Hey man im tryna use this myself on gba4ios the master code works fine on gambreaker but the pokemon code i cant get to work, do i copy into gameshark, codebreaker or actionreplay? And do i set the codes as vba cba gsa or ARv3? Hello, Set Ciros' up as ARv3, then put them in as ActionReplay codes. If outputting a file, use.dsc for ActionReplay codes. Other Hacking Tools for GBA games: Some programs might not work without certain extensions, I think. Like PokeMart, example wise.
Try using Ciro's pokemon editor. It doesn't use.sav or any other save formats to edit but allows you to set options and export a vba/code breaker/gameshark/action replay code (pretty large) of what you have done. The negative of using this method is that the pokemon will be considered traded (not obey) unless you input your exact Name (no spacings unless if there are in game), Trainer id, Secret id, and Gender (Trainer info). Also, remember to use a master code (Check Output Master: anti-Dma).
If you play competitively nintendo has methods of identifing hacked pokemon. The most known way is with calculating total EVs (stat wise what makes legendaries unique).
Total EV (Sum of HP, attack.) cannot be greater than 510.
